Brita McLaughlin Coaching ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information we collect from our clients and website visitors. • Billing/payment information (processed by our payment processor, Stripe — see Section 4)

• Any information you voluntarily provide through intake forms, email, or during coaching sessions

We use your personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected, including to:

• Provide and schedule coaching services

• Process payments

• Communicate with you about appointments, invoices, or your coaching engagement

• Comply with legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

By providing your personal information to us, you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure as described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting us using the information in Section 8.

4. Payment Processing (Stripe)

We use Stripe, Inc. as our third-party payment processor to handle billing and payment information. When you make a payment, your payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's own privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

We do not store or have access to your full credit card or banking details; these are held securely by Stripe.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

Other than our payment processor (Stripe) and service providers who assist us in operating our business (e.g., bookkeeping or scheduling software), we do not disclose your personal information to third parties unless:

• You have consented to the disclosure

• It is required to fulfill the purpose for which the information was collected

• It is required or permitted by law

6. Storage and Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request correction of any inaccurate information. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 8. We may require you to verify your identity before providing access.
